The COA should follow the vial
Every Regenerative Research batch is tested before it goes on the site. A COA can show that a batch passed testing, but a PDF alone cannot prove that the vial in your hand came from that exact batch. That is the gap the Res Labs Verification Layer closes.
With Res Labs, each vial receives its own NFC chip. When you tap the vial with your phone, the chip opens a verification page tied to that specific batch. No app. No account.
What this proves
Res Labs helps verify two things at the same time: that the COA is connected to a real lab result, and that the vial in your hand is bound to that COA batch. Batch testing only works if the vial you receive is part of the tested batch.
How it works
After a batch is tested, Res Labs binds the COA to a capped number of NFC chips, matching the number of vials in that batch. Each chip is placed on a vial and activated as the vial is packed. Tapping it opens a verification page showing the compound, the batch information, the lab COA, the verification record, and whether the chip has been tapped before. Unlike a QR code, each tap creates a fresh cryptographic signature, which makes the chip much harder to fake or reuse.
What it does not do
It does not replace testing, and it does not retest the vial after it ships. Peptides can still degrade over time depending on handling, storage, and age. What it does is connect the physical vial to the COA batch in a way a loose PDF never could.
How to verify your vial
When your vial arrives, tap the label with any modern iPhone or Android phone. A Res Labs verification page will open in your browser, where you can review the batch information and confirm the vial is connected to the COA batch shown on our site. If a chip does not scan, is missing, or appears unusual, contact us before using the product for research.
