Rewards Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 3, 2026. Refer a Friend added October 8, 2026.

These terms govern the Regenerative Research rewards program (the "Program") — the loyalty points shown in your account and at checkout.

Earning ended September 3, 2026. Orders placed on or after that date do not earn points. Points already in your balance are unaffected — they remain redeemable at full value, and no expiration date has been set. The one way to earn points now is Refer a Friend.

At a Glance

One point is worth $1.00 off. The minimum redemption is 5 points, and one redemption may be applied per order. No expiration date is currently set. Refer a Friend earns 15 points ($15) for each referred friend's first paid order, and your friend gets 15% off it.

Refer a Friend

Every account has a personal referral link and code under My Account. Your friend gets 15% off their first order, applied automatically at checkout, when they create an account through your link or enter your code before ordering; it cannot be combined with any other code, including WELCOME15 or an affiliate's code. You get 15 points ($15) when their first order is paid; if that order uses an affiliate's code instead, the affiliate is credited and no referral points are given. There is no limit on referrals. A referral counts only for a genuinely new customer — never ordered at their email or shipping address — and orders shipped to an address you have used yourself do not qualify. If the order is cancelled or fully refunded, the referral points are removed.

Your Points Balance

Points are held against the email address used on your orders, so guest orders placed with the same address are credited to the same balance. Points have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred, or combined with a balance held by another person or at another email address. We may correct a balance created by clerical error, duplicate or cancelled orders, a chargeback, or abuse of the Program.

How to Redeem

Points are redeemed at checkout on regenerativeresearch.co, with a minimum of 5 points and one redemption per order. The discount applies to your order total before sales tax, and stacks with sale pricing, volume discounts, the Zelle payment discount, and most coupon codes (a few codes cannot be combined with anything, points included). Do not apply more points than your order is worth — the excess is used up and is not refunded. Card checkout requires an order total of at least $1.00 after points are applied.

When you pay by card, we issue a single-use discount code for the value of your redemption, valid for two hours, which you enter on the secure payment page. Points are deducted when your order is created, so an abandoned checkout does not consume them.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Points redeemed on a cancelled or fully refunded order are returned to your balance. Partial refunds do not return points. The portion of an order paid with points is a discount, not a payment, and is not refunded in cash.

Expiration and Changes

Points do not currently expire. If we set an expiration date, or end the Program, we will email the address on your account at least 30 days beforehand so you can redeem your remaining balance.
