Rewards Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 3, 2026

These terms govern the Regenerative Research rewards program (the "Program") — the loyalty points shown in your account and at checkout.

Earning ended September 3, 2026. Orders placed on or after that date do not earn points. Points already in your balance are unaffected — they remain redeemable at full value, and no expiration date has been set.

At a Glance

One point is worth $1.00 off. The minimum redemption is 5 points, and one redemption may be applied per order. No expiration date is currently set.

Your Points Balance

Points are held against the email address used on your orders, so guest orders placed with the same address are credited to the same balance. Points have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred, or combined with a balance held by another person or at another email address. We may correct a balance created by clerical error, duplicate or cancelled orders, a chargeback, or abuse of the Program.

How to Redeem

Points are redeemed at checkout on regenerativeresearch.co, with a minimum of 5 points and one redemption per order. The discount applies to your order total before sales tax, and stacks with coupon codes, sale pricing, volume discounts, and the Zelle payment discount. Do not apply more points than your order is worth — the excess is used up and is not refunded. Card checkout requires an order total of at least $1.00 after points are applied.

When you pay by card, we issue a single-use discount code for the value of your redemption, valid for two hours, which you enter on the secure payment page. Points are deducted when your order is created, so an abandoned checkout does not consume them.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Points redeemed on a cancelled or fully refunded order are returned to your balance. Partial refunds do not return points. The portion of an order paid with points is a discount, not a payment, and is not refunded in cash.

Expiration and Changes

Points do not currently expire. If we set an expiration date, or end the Program, we will email the address on your account at least 30 days beforehand so you can redeem your remaining balance.
